"They are also doing a great service to the community with the wonderful learning and performing opportunities for young people. Talent shines at Riverside! "
Exciting changes have come to Riverside's box office:
Our on-site box office is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4:00-7:00pm. The box office will also be open an hour in advance on the days of shows. You may call anytime, however, and leave your name and number and ticket request via our box office voice mail or receptionist and the box office manager will return your call during box office hours. For all ticket requests, call 617-361-5269, ext. 103.
We do require payment at the time of making the reservation. Please have your payment ready at the time of reserving your tickets. They cannot be held at the door and paid for later. Major credit cards accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Number and expiration date will be needed. Cash or a check is accepted when making reservations in person. Any unsold tickets will be available at the box office door the night of the performances.
Our seating arrangement has changed!
This year, Riverside is changing its seating arrangement to include table seating as well as rows for all our main stage productions. This allows us to provide more seating to our patrons as well as to give you the option of seating as well as pricing. Row seats will not be as expensive as table seating, so if it doesn't matter to you whether or not you are seated at a table, you have the option of paying less for your seats. Nevertheless, our table seating has now become our "premium seating" as we do suspect some of our patrons would prefer their family or large party to sit at a table, so you will find our pricing for table tickets to have gone up slightly. We hope in this way to be able to accomodate as many likes and preferences as possible and to provide more seats for our audiences!
*Riverside Theatre Works has a fully-licensed bar, at which audience members may purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas, and snacks to enjoy during the show.
