This beginning musical theatre class introduces the student to singing, acting and dancing – all at the same time! It’s harder than it looks. While working with a director and a musical director, students are introduced to basic audition skills, vocal and dance techniques and learn, as an ensemble, how to tell a story through song. Classic Broadway show tunes are part of the curriculum and scenes and musical numbers will be showcased at the end of each semester.
